This Guest Release sets out the terms on which you agree to appear in video content produced by Brightpoint Operations ("Brightpoint," "we," "us") for its YouTube channel and related marketing. By typing your name, checking the box, and submitting this form, you agree to the terms below.
"Contribution" means everything you provide as a guest, including your recorded voice, image, likeness, name, statements, opinions, and any materials you share such as slides, documents, images, or audio.
You grant Brightpoint a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to record, edit, reproduce, adapt, distribute, publish, publicly perform, and display your Contribution, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed. This includes publication on our YouTube channel and use across our website, newsletter, social media, promotional and marketing clips, proposals, and other client-facing materials, and on any additional platforms or channels we may use in the future.
We may edit, combine, and adapt your Contribution at our discretion. We decide whether and when to publish, and we are under no obligation to publish any Contribution.
You consent to our use of your name, voice, likeness, image, title, and biographical information in connection with this content and Brightpoint's promotion and marketing.
You confirm that your statements are your own, that you have the right to share any third-party materials you provide, and that your Contribution does not infringe the rights of others or contain anything defamatory or unlawful.
You release Brightpoint and its partners from any claim arising from the agreed use of your Contribution, including claims relating to privacy, publicity, or defamation. You understand that your participation is voluntary and that no compensation is or will be owed to you.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the authority to grant the rights described in this Release.
This Release is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable there.
By checking the consent box, typing your name, and submitting this form, you are signing this Release electronically. You agree that your electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under British Columbia's Electronic Transactions Act. The date and time of your acceptance are recorded with your submission.
